Do you have a teaching innovation that you would just love some time to be able to develop?  Then the Kalman Teacher Fellowships might be for you. There are five Fellowships available for the 2020/21 year.

Download the Application Form and Q&A as a PDF or  as a Word doc

These Fellowships are made possible through the support of the Margaret and John Kalman Charitable Trust. The fellowship funds $5,000 per Fellow which includes a $1000 Honorarium that is paid to each Fellow, with the remaining $4,000 available to cover the cost of relief for the Fellow to work on their own Fellowship project as well as administrative costs.

The theme for the Fellowships this year is

‘How can levels of student engagement be increased and sustained in order to improve mathematics and statistics learning outcomes?’.

As well as getting some valuable time, Fellows will also be invited to four Team Days when they will be encouraged to attend a variety of events organised by the Department of Mathematics.
