There are two scholarships available for post graduate study at the University of Auckland for 2021

 

This Scholarship was established in 2007 by Jean Heywood, nee Miller, who graduated with an MA in Mathematics from the University of New Zealand in 1942.

In 2021 two $15,000 Scholarships are on offer for teachers wanting to enroll to study full-time  in a masters degree in either mathematics or statistics at the University of Auckland

Applications will open on 26th October and close on December 7
The Scholarship is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the selection committee

More information

This scholarship was established in 2014 in recognition of the contribution made by Dr Judy Paterson to Mathematics Education and especially her work with secondary school mathematics teachers in the Auckland region.

The scholarship is awarded annually for one year and will have a value equal to the fees for up to 30
points towards postgraduate study in Mathematics Education

The main purpose of the Scholarship is to support graduate level professional development for a teacher from a decile 1 or 2 school in the wider Auckland region.

Applications are open and close on November 1
The Scholarship is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the selection committee
